Expanding Capabilities for the Delivery of New Energy Technologies Workshop 2

On Tuesday 3 December – Wednesday 4 December 2024, we held the second ‘Expanding Capabilities for the Delivery of New Energy Technologies’ workshop funded by the University of Sydney – IIT Madras Ignition Grant.

This second workshop was held on the University of Sydney campus in Sydney, Australia and was focused on exploring solutions to strengthen leadership in the field and discovering pathways and topics of which our organisations could collaborate on future research outputs.

There were also guest speakers such as Mr Andrew Durrant (Supply Chain Strategy Lead at Laing O’Rourke), Dr C Velan (CEO at Ceebros) and Surya Chavali (Senior Industry Principal at Infosys) who shared case studies from their experiences within the industry.

We would like to thank our friends at the Net Zero Initiative and the School of Sustainability at IIT – Madras for their partnership. We look forward to collaborating further with them to develop this research area.
