The ELMP is designed for executives ready to move beyond traditional project leadership into the territory of shaping project ecosystems. The program explores navigating political and commercial decision-making, aligning complex ecosystems of stakeholders and delivery partners, and guiding system-level change. Admission is selective: each cohort is a high-calibre and deliberately diverse group of executives drawn from different industries around the globe. Participants bring 15+ years of experience, a substantial leadership track record, and current responsibility for systems-level leadership.
Leadership in Major Projects: Catalyst Program
The Catalyst Program builds the leadership capacity that modern projects demand, but the playbooks can’t supply. It is designed for those who sense that what has carried them this far won’t be enough for the rapid, unpredictable, and tangled nature of today’s projects. Through a structured development journey, participants build their individual capacity to lead complex projects with confidence and composure. Catalyst is for leaders with 5–15 years’ experience, a clear sense of purpose in their work, and a willingness to step into the rewarding territory of leading through influence.

Digital Project Sponsorship
This course will help build capability and confidence in executives accountable for the sponsorship of digital projects. It covers the responsibilities and activities of project sponsors, and provides insight into what to look out for, how to navigate the challenges and the attributes of good project sponsor.
