Industry Workshop on Project Models and Digital Transformation

On Thursday 19 September 2024, our research theme on Project Models and Digital Transformation led by Dr Wei-Ting Hong and Dr Jin Xue successfully held an industry-focused workshop which brought together leaders from industry, government, and academia to engage in productive discussions on digital transformation in project management.

The session covered a series of challenges of applying AI to daily business operations in the project management field, including data sources, trust, accountability, leadership, risks and communication. These strategic questions can significantly help us reshape the future of project management. It was fantastic to see such active participation and valuable insights that will drive further advancements in this field!
