EURAM 2025

We had a very productive time last month at the University of Florence, Italy for EURAM 2025! It was great getting to meet with those from the international project research community and learn about the latest research insights from around the world.

Alongside our colleagues at University College London, we hosted the Project Leadership with Purpose track within the Project Organising Strategic Interest Group (SIG). As part of this track, there were three paper sessions on:

  • Project Leadership for Sustainable Purposes
  • Project Leadership, Temporality and Roles
  • Project Leadership, Complexity and Owners

We also held a symposium on ‘Why Projects Matter’ hosted by our Director, Professor Jennifer Whyte alongside Professor Martina Huemann and Professor Graham Winch. There were interesting discussions on the importance of projects and we also got to hear about the work of our fellow academics including those of Institute members: Dr Joe Harrison, Dr Sujuan Zhang, and Dr Xinyue Zhang,

Thank you to those who took part in our sessions, we look forward to connecting with you further in the future.
