Welcoming Dr Bradley Hastings as our new Director, Executive Leadership Education

We are excited to welcome Dr Bradley (Brad) Hastings to the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership as our new Director, Executive Leadership Education. In his role, Brad will be leading the development and delivery of our executive education offerings with his main priorities being the revamp of our Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP)  as part of our relaunch of the program slated for September of this year.

Brad’s passion is decoding leadership, then utilising these insights to equip leaders with the skills to thrive in an ever changing and more complex world. His experience spans both the corporate world and academia. As a Partner at Stroud International consulting, he helped the executives of blue-chip companies positively transform their organisations to secure brighter futures. As the Business Development Director for Capita Plc, Brad led the creation of solutions that reshaped public services that improved social and economic outcomes.

Calling from this experience in the industry, Brad designs and delivers leadership and executive education programs that advance careers and organisations, blending evidence-based leadership insights, pedagogical design that works, user-centred learning outcomes, and real-world practical experience to create transformative learning environments.
