2024 John Grill Institute for Project Leadership Annual Showcase

The John Grill Institute for Project Leadership Annual Showcase is our yearly flagship event where we highlight the Institute’s work to our key stakeholders from industry with the aim of bridging the gap between practice and research, encouraging dialogue and collaboration. 
 
This year, we will be spotlighting our Major Projects Reform Roadmap, which was developed in consultation with over 40 senior governmental and industry figures within the major projects space. We will be sharing the step-by-step action plan that the roadmap outlines and discuss how it will transform Australian major projects and drive much-needed change.

We will also be showcasing the work of our research themes in developing and progressing their research agendas from workshops that they have held throughout the year, drawing in academics and ideas from across the University.

On this occasion, we will also providing a platform for our emerging academics within our community to present their research and network with our guests through a lightning talk and poster session.
