Our Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP) program has transformed projects and advanced careers. This is not a general leadership program, this is a ‘one of a kind’ experience that integrates real-world experience with world-class research on major project excellence. It is uniquely tailored for the rapid, unpredictable, paradoxical, and tangled challenges of leading complex projects and project portfolios.

Delivery: Three 1 – week residentials in Sydney and online coaching, mentoring, and group work.
Cost: $45,000 AUD + GST (inclusive of accommodation and meals)
