Dale Evans:

He has over 30 years of international experience in infrastructure delivery, asset management, operational management and change management within the infrastructure and construction sectors.As Chair of Project 13; A New Delivery Model for Infrastructure and Chair of the Infrastructure Client Group (ICG) has led the development of a progressive industry strategy and work programme. and led work streams on Alliancing Best Practice.He has shaped and led the @one Alliance, successfully delivering a challenging £400m pa investment programme through a ground-breaking collaboration with supply chain partners. @one delivered all outputs while securing significant improvements, including a 30% efficiency and over 50% reduction in embodied carbon.
