Dr Marzena Baker receives JCEM Best Paper Award
The John Grill Institute for Project Leadership and School of Project Management’s Dr Marzena Baker and her co-authors – Associate Professor Muhammad Ali (Queensland University of Technology) and Associate Professor Erica French (Queensland University of Technology) – have received the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management (JCEM) 2022 Best Paper Award for their publication “Leadership Diversity and Its Influence on Equality Initiatives and Performance: Insights for Construction Management“.
The study investigates whether gender-equality human resources initiatives and work–life initiatives are positively associated with leadership gender diversity, organizational financial performance and the moderating effect of the diversity environment.
