The Major Projects Leadership Forum brings together senior government and industry leaders to develop solutions to challenges faced in delivering complex projects. It was launched with the Australian Constructors Association (ACA) and Consult Australia (CA), in early 2024, with a focus on a reform roadmap for major infrastructure projects.
Roadmap Launch Event and Panel Discussion
Through this Forum, this roadmap was collaboratively developed. Launching it was an opportunity to discuss it with Graeme Newton (CEO of Cross River Rail Delivery Authority), Tim Parker (CEO of High Speed Rail Authority), and David Watt (General Manager – Commercial of Queensland Hydro).
