DESCRIPTION:Dale Evans: \nHe has over 30 years of international experience in infrastructure delivery\, asset management\, operational management and change management within the infrastructure and construction sectors.As Chair of Project 13; A New Delivery Model for Infrastructure and Chair of the Infrastructure Client Group (ICG) has led the development of a progressive industry strategy and work programme. and led work streams on Alliancing Best Practice.He has shaped and led the @one Alliance\, successfully delivering a challenging £400m pa investment programme through a ground-breaking collaboration with supply chain partners. @one delivered all outputs while securing significant improvements\, including a 30% efficiency and over 50% reduction in embodied carbon. \nTopic:  \nProjects as Enterprises: Project 13 in the UK and AustraliaGlobal best practice in infrastructure demonstrates the shift from traditional project delivery to the adoption of more integrated Enterprise arrangements. The presentation outlines the principles behind this best practice\, the opportunities for real innovation\, including what has been achieved in some of the Project 13 case studies – and highlights the blockers that have to be overcome to make the shift to best practice.
